Angela William was born and raised in Washington state, but her mother comes from Weno, Micronesia. She attended school in Vancouver Washington, and later got her B.S. in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Portland State University. She feels very blessed to be able to give back to the community that helped raise her. She is passionate about the work that she does as a navigator for the Pacific Islander Community Association.
